This is an excellent product
I had purchased a Ring Doorbell. When I tried to connect it to my WiFi, it failed. I called their tech support, and after they had me download a new install, shut down and bring back the WiFi, it still didn't work. So I sent it back.Then I purchased this Zmodo product. Hooked it up and it worked immediately. When someone is at the door, I get an alert on my phone. The speaker works extremely well and is easy to hear what the person is saying. I would recommend it to anyone. The only issue that I have is while night vision works when the person is at the door, if they are a few feet back from the door, it is difficult to see them. That shouldn't keep anyone from purchasing this product. It works.

Love this doorbell ringer. Upgraded from the Ring doorbell which only shows people walking away by the time it detects motion...

Good camera, everything else so so
Pretty good camera.My only issue is that in order to receive calls from the doorbell, notifications must be on but that means every camera oh the system is constantly notifying you every time there's movement.I don't want that, I just want it to call me when someone hits the doorbell.

10x Better Than Ring
We love it. After we replaced two Ring doorbells, we finally decided to try something different. We're glad we did. The best product out there at a reasonable price.

Good product with no monthly costs.
Installed about a week ago and am pleased. I have a very strong WiFi signal at the front door where this is located. Video quality is great. Night vision is excellent. Notifications are appropriate. Installation was easy. Extra costs are zero.

THE BELL CHIME
The door bell does not work with a electronic chime to my surprise. This is not clearly define with the product and should be so I'm disappointed. The camera went offline and I called customer support and they were able to reset from their location. The camera has no reset push button so you have to call to have it reset. I gave it three stars because of this issues but customer support was great.

Once set up, it's great
Getting it set up was a multiple day challenge. Had to buy a mechanical doorbell chime as well since I had an electric chime. Has worked perfectly once it was up and running. Overall, I really like the doorbell and would recommend it!

Works awesome especially when there is not monthly subscription fee. You get a free 48 hrs of recordings to save to your phone. Good enough quality.
