Battery died 6 monthsNice watch be aware if you buy this and your receipt doesn't show a serial number Samsung won't fix it my battery died within 6 months a Samsung wants 75 dollars to get it fixed because I purchased it from Amazon and the receipt doesn't show a serial number that's what I was told after I spent hours on the phone and email didn't get me anywhere.
I'm conflictedThis is the 2nd gear fit I've purchased. I was told I could wear it in water during exercise. Both times I wore each in water they started having problems charging. The 1st time I tried to get it fixed they had it for repair for 3 months then returned it saying I had no proof it was under warantee bc there was no serial # on the receipt. I had it 8 months at the time. So i bought another 1 on amazon hoping to not have this problem. I hesitantly wore it in water only to have the same thing happen only4 months after purchase & the 1st time wearing it in water again! I'm conflicted bc it is durable & tracks exercise, sleep & food intake which I count on for getting fit. This has almost everything I need! (I'd like it to have a phone option) It also seems to need to be charged sooner the longer I've had it & I'm careful not to over charge it. I'm hesitantto send it in bc I need it & lost time it took 3 months!
DisappointedI bought the gear fit2 pro and couldn't wait to use it and in lease than two day the step counter stopped working. I very disappointed. I bought it specifically to count my steps at work and now the crap does not work. I'm very disappointed ☹.

Great watch at a great valueFor the price point, this is a great watch.
Perfect ! But NOT water resistant !Bought it for my wife.Be aware, she used it about 4 times in the pool and the watch started to shut down itself spontaneously about 3-4 times a day.After a week or so- it got back to normal.battery last about 2 days+.
Good watch, but screen cracked from charging within an year.I got this product in January 2018. I absolutely loved the watch, especially its Bluetooth function. I've tried two other Smart Watches, and this the best one I have.HOWEVER, recently, I have noticed that the watch face began cracking every time I charged it. I have called Samsung call center, and while the staff were all helpful on the phone. You have to call them to see why your issue is not resolved, or if there is a hitch in the process of troubleshooting your device.
